Training at Sunrise
Who: Tieria and YOU
When: May 9th, a day AFTER Intro Log
Where: Caissa, Coastal District
What: Tieria organized a mass training session, hideous ensues?
Rating: Violence, language, more violence

If you made your way to the location, you're already one step closer upon completing your training because this part of the beach is the furthest away from any settlement or port and also the hardest to find. You probably found it by following other heroes' trail, or you're those who stumbles around until you found it or you're actually one of those who went scouting before the actual day.
Either way, congratulation for making it this far ( puns completely intended ). Surrounding the rocky beach is an even rockier cliff. Be careful not to stumble or you will find yourself in need of healing. Thankfully, there are Kings ready to make a guinea pig out of your healing needs around. Your training will be held on the round rock-carved deck overlooking the beautiful sea or on the less rocky stretch of the beach, depending on your Trainer's choice. If you're lucky, your Trainer might even have you hike up that rocky cliff. You may even treat yourself to Caissa's fantastic sunset if you made it up there in time!
In any case, once you've arrived at sunrise ( or rather when the sun has risen sufficiently over the horizon because you're that bad with direction or has no sense of time ) and is done catching your breath, you will come to a notice pinned on the tall fences that tells you to tie a ribbon ( in the buckets, also tied to the fence ) corresponding to the training you wish to partake in on your arm.
Stamina ( GREEN ) ✽ Endurance ( ORANGE ) ✽ Weapons ( BLUE ) ✽ Magic ( PURPLE )
The notice will also instructs those who volunteers to be Trainers to tie a different set of ribbons, with black stripe over the four corresponding colors, on their arm to help differentiate them and the course(s) they're instructing. Of course, if you turn out to be a terrible Trainer, Tieria will rip that ribbon off you and very possibly shoves you into the sea.
There are no training weapon available because you're supposed to bring your own magic weapon.
If you forgot, you can either run back for it or pick a different course.
There's also a clause in very bold red letters that forbid killing. Break it and you will be broken in return.
Are you done tying those ribbons? Then what are you waiting? Get moving!
(( OOC: Please indicate in your top level if your character is a Trainer (which course are they instructing?) or Trainee.
eg.: Harry Potter | TRAINER - MAGIC
eg.: Severus Potter | TRAINEE - EVERYTHING PLEASE
Feel free to mingle around! Make friends, frenemies and even better, rivals! ))

It's definitely unpleasant and she doesn't know how to twist her body in midair in a way that will make the landing softer. The first contact of her body and the rocks on the cliff knocks the wind out of her. Then, she goes rolling across the ground, getting her uniform muddy and wet. Wincing and gritting her teeth, she sits up on her hands on knees, her grip white around the hilt of her sword. She breathes heavily for a moment before standing up and doesn't break her gaze away from Setsuna.
Her body aches, but she can keep going. It's just started.
Something is different about Setsuna and she wipes at the mud on her cheek with her other hand. Alright then. Shifting her foot and inch forward, there's only a small pause before she comes at him quickly, her boots splashing, with a swing that comes down quickly from above.
She wants to show him that she's a Knight like he is for a reason. She can catch up. She'll reach him this way. ]

Standing there, Setsuna only raises his arm again once Asuna reaches him. He greets her blade with his own, a resonating sound crosses the wind as birds in the distance fly. Their uniforms are caught by the breeze, known to each other in this moment that they're reminded again... They wear these uniforms as Heroes; whether or not they accept the role, they're still nevertheless involved. But that doesn't mean they're trapped. No, they're only caged if they regard themselves as so. When they first met... Setsuna already taught Asuna that.
Fight to live.
That is their fight. Not for Blanc, not for titles, not for gods, or anyone else that imposed this role on them... To always remain one's self, never forgetting that's really important — that is, to survive and live on. Setsuna briefly smiles at her as their blades are locked, but it was for a lone second. He's proud of how far she's made it. But...
It's still only the beginning. Now that she's a Knight, it will only become more and more difficult from this point on. He slides his weapon across the length of her own, a strange noise erupting from the clash of mana and steel. But the gesture is only meant as a distraction to keep her eyes on their blades. If she doesn't notice and dodge on the next phase, then she will soon realize a merciless kick towards her abdomen. ]

To protect what's important.
Asuna watches the blade made of mana slide against her own until she catches movement from his leg. She doesn't really think, her body moving on instinct. Her rapier breaks away from the lock of their blades so that he kicks at the flat of her blade instead of her body. However, she still moves back an inch from the force behind it. Her hand rests against the other side and she looks at him beneath the crook of her arm above her. With that same strength gathered in her arms, she shoves his leg away to catch him off balance and then drags the tip of her sword across the ground at his other foot, to knock him off balance and possibly to the ground. ]

Setsuna charges forward this time instead of waiting, raising the blade of mana before launching a consecutive torrent of powered swings. He keeps aim for her sword on purpose, bashing it with considerable strength that would require two hands to even attempt on continuing to wield. He's attempting to disarm her; any attempts of moving backwards or escaping would be met with a chase. And should she lose concentration, she will risk slipping herself against the waters or the rocks...
But in a way, this is also training for new blooming strength as Knight. ]

Yes, he's charging and she meets him head on.
Their blades clash again with a mighty, metallic sound. She doesn't pull back or try to escape, she keeps swinging at Setsuna and dancing along the rocks. Her footwork is light and nimble, moving more on her toes than her whole foot.
The more they move, the more her strikes come at a faster speed while she looks for those openings and she waits for him to pull back again to restart his cycle. If he does, she darts in all over again to continue the clash.
If he doesn't, she keeps her focus and her calm. If there's one thing she's learned, it's that sword fights aren't always restricted to just swords. Setsuna had used a kick too. And so, Asuna clenches her fist and throws a punch towards his stomach. ]
