( open ) mid-autumn in gisela

Who: Anyone who wants to celebrate Mid Autumn Festival!
When: Roughly 11th September to 17th September.
Where: Gisela
What: A log for those who wish to use their tickets during Mid Autumn Festival! You can still use this log for visits outside of this week too (as a catch-all) but the script is for the festivities. Basically what you can do is hang out at the Inn, at Gisela, or check out the island's hot springs!
Rating: Probably PG only for if a lantern catches fire or something.

[Welcome to Gisela, the floating sky islands above Gresser! Known for its mystic scenery, hot springs, and the fact that you nearly died the one time you had a dungeon here, Gisela could be considered a popular vacation spot. Or at least it should be, because Vietnam invested good money into this inn.

Inn, you say? Yes, after the defeating the dungeon, Vietnam bought a business here, an inn near the hot springs, Dragon's Flight and Phoenix Dance. A normally quaint inn, it has transformed to offer more festivities. Staff will welcome you with elaborate fruit displays they will put in your room for you to admire (and eat). You may also like to sign up for mooncake making sessions, where you will be able to make mooncakes together with your friends and family! Share a moment with them, and then share the mooncake. Nice.

Lanterns are strung up, leading you out towards the gardens. The inn itself doesn't have a lot of space for A GREAT FESTIVAL, but on certain nights, there will be lion dancing and a few stalls opened up to sell souvenirs, all handcrafted thanks to Vietnam's instruction. Now, lion dancing usually consist of two or more people under a lion costume, however, some generous NPCs have lent them some tame magical lion beasts that look similar to the Asian mythological kind. However, Vietnam and Kija also found a pretty wild one that seems to be stuck eating some lion snacks, because they tried to wrangle it and before they could run, they were forced to commit. Kija named it Jae-ha.

Go further, and it seems like the hot springs that Vietnam has permission to use have also a bit of decoration themselves, with something heat and water proof, that is.

Should you just want to spend your time looking at the moon, darker, quieter areas of the gardens will let you do just that. Sit down and relax, of course.

If you don't really care about any of this at all, perhaps you'd just want to go sightseeing in Gisela!

And basically do whatever you want in this place, really. RELAX, HERO.]

[Jiroutachi may just be smiling innocently, but it doesn't take long for Gilbert to give up. But while giving him an explanation, he won't look the other man in the eye even once.]

There's...there's that dangerous books section in the Grand Library. It has pretty much everything you need to learn about...various things. K-Kissing included.

Oooooh? And what else have you been reading about besides kissing?

[You opened this particular door, Gil. Good job.]

[Why didn't he anticipate that sooner...it's only natural that it'll be the next thing Jiroutachi asks about. And he's entirely sure that Jirou wants to hear about his alchemy studies.]

M-Mana. M-Mana e-exchange.

[He feels like an idiot for stuttering like a youngster, but it can't be helped.]

[He's known that's what he's referring to but to hear it is another thing. One he enjoys. He laughs softly then pulls him in for another kiss.]

The naked kind?

[Yep. He's going to keep pushing you because this is cute.]

[Jirou may have put it subtly without using the s-word, but it doesn't change the fact that Gilbert's cheeks are bright red now.]

[Yet his voice isn't shaking anymore.]

I just don't want to fuck anything up along the way...

[It's Gilbert...these things are prone to happen, so he has to make sure.]

You know that's half the fun right? Figuring things out along the way?

[He giggles and runs his fingers through his hair.]

That's how you know two people trust each other. When they can make mistakes together and still love all of it.

[He gives him another kiss then pulls him nice and close.]

Right, Gi-chan?

Is it? Is it fun?

[He's genuinely surprised here.]

I can't afford any mistakes while doing something so... [The right word won't come right away, so there's a forced pause.] ...important.

[Visibly tensed up, Gilbert gradually relaxes after the kiss.]

Maybe...maybe you're right.

Of course I'm right.

[He walks his fingers up his chest and neck then boops him on the nose.]

What matters is that we both have fun right? That we both feel good?

[He follows Jiroutachi's fingers climb up lazily up his chest, relaxing even further.]

Of course it matters. It's the most important thing, even. You...

[Gilbert begins, but shakes his head the next moment. Something's still on his mind and he's visibly struggling...

The words finally come out when he turns his gaze away from Jirou:]

Have you been thinking about it...?

Yes. But I was waiting for you to feel like you were ready. Just like when we started dating I wouldn't push you into any of this. Promise.

[Jirou smooches his cheek then rests his chin on his shoulder.]

So are you really ready?

I know you wouldn't. You're not that kind of a person...

[Well, alright, maybe he is. But not when it comes to serious matters.]

Is "I've read all the books already" a good answer to that question?

[Okay, save for that Fifty Shades one. Also, Gilbert trying to be funny is such a rare sight...]

That just means you've read the books.

[Catching his face between his hands, he turns him to face him completely.]

Are you ready?

[Once he's forced to look at Jiroutachi, Gilbert gives him a soft smile and gives him an answer without stuttering or making pauses even once.]

I am ready, Ji-chan. I want to do it with you.

[It's the fact that he doesn't hesitate or stutter that tells him everything. Gil is really ready. They might have some awkward times but Gil is ready to try. That's enough for him to give him a quick kiss.]

When we go to bed later lets try.

Ah?

[The kiss didn't particularly surprise him, but Jirou's words, on the other hand...]

Here? Now?

[His heart is beating so fast that he debates pulling away from Jirou for a moment to calm himself down a bit.]

...Alright.

[The plan was to draw back, but what Gil does is the exact opposite—he leans in for another affectionate kiss.]

[He giggles a bit.]

When we go to bed yes. After all it's all prepared romantically.

[Oh but now that he thinks about it...]

Did your books tell you what position you should be in?

[It is. It really is, why haven't he realized this sooner? All those roses and, well, everything...]

I thought it's something we need to decide.

[He's not going to survive through it if Jirou will keep asking such direct questions. And Gilbert has a hunch that he's going to hear plenty of those...]

Decide? It's what feels right, silly.

[And he kisses the tip of his nose. Silly, Gil.]

What feels right...

[The kiss on the nose only makes him blush more as he's giving thought to these words.]

What feels right to you, then?

Well we've never done that together. I won't know yet.

[He's actually not as experienced as you might think, Gil. You two will be figuring this stuff out together. Because knowing and practicing are two different things.]

So how I am supposed to know...

[Gilbert presses his hand against his forehead, feeling hopeless.]

We'll figure it out as we go, then. I can't believe I am making such decisions...

[He really wants everything to go smoothly and perfectly, for Jirou's sake.]

D-Don't you think that the water is getting a bit cold...

[SO SUBTLE.]

I only asked you if your books told you, silly.

[He slides his fingers under the water and along Gil's leg up to his hip.]

Oh? Is it the water getting cool are or are you becoming warmer than the water?

[Yes. He is going to tease him. And then steal a quick kiss before getting up to get out just to give Gil the treat of seeing the water run along his lovely naked form.]

I'm...I'm not—

[Okay...denying that is pretty pointless, especially with such a sight in front of his very eyes. Gilbert is trying to look away, but he can't even do that.]

Maybe a little. Just a little.

[Yeah, right.]

[Is he saying to go to bed right now?
