[ If anything, he needs help saying no to being asked to help, even when it's directly against his best interests to do so. Does he really look like such a pushover? He kind of is one, though, so he can't really blame this guy for thinking it.
Although the way the man speaks is certainly a little odd, like something out of a movie. Well, a movie from before the world ended, but still. He seems like one of those brash heroes out to save the world.
Despite himself, Yoichi smiles a little, just faintly. Even though the words are far too cultured (and why is he being called young lad, does he really look that young?), this man still kind of reminds him a little of his friend's boundless enthusiasm. ]
It, um, just seems kind of strange. Destiny, like a prophecy and all that.
[ He's not sure what to make of Graham's claim to having had previous forays with destiny, but Yoichi certainly hasn't had an run-ins. ]
