So any form of guns are new to him, besides what he has seen some Heroes wield. Suffice to say, he has never used a rifle before. But he is intrigued by new weapons, and the principle is something more advanced than a bow or a crossbow, yet a little similar. You need to aim well to hit home. Thankfully, he was friends with the best archer in Tudor, and Kiril was, despite his laziness, not an incapable teacher, so Chloe was a bit better than what his archery teachers hired by his parents had made him in his youth.
On the other hand, the recoil is entirely different and causes him to stumble back and into a person that wasn't lined up toward the practice targets yet, which he really didn't mean to do.
"O-oh, my apologies, it was not my intention to walk into you. Are you alright?" There's a sir or miss added to the end of the question, because he's polite.

Ghosts are not a problem, he is not bothered by them. He is also not bothered by the fact that they're being tortured, either. He's an executioner, he's learned to distance himself from stuff like that and honestly doesn't care, even if he could pretend if he wanted to.
But there's a whole other thing when the screams and please make him recall the times when the King of Tudor had subjected him to torture of various kinds. He's feeling more and more like he's about to throw up, or collapse, or even faint.
He doesn't give a damn about the Limbod or the mission or anything right now, he just wants to get out of there. But he also can't move a step further, he's too shaken up, and his back hits a wall and he slides down to the floor, murmuring curses (which would be a first to anyone that might overhear, since Chloe doesn't swear even on a bad day) with a shaky voice.
He just wants to bury his face against his legs and disappear.
Rooftop/Courtyard
While he did enjoy the mission involving the rifles, Chloe had not enjoyed the one at the hospital. He definitely regretted going there.
He had not thought that it would be that bad.
After that whole ordeal which had brought his traumas back to the surface of his mind he had started to sleep even less again, but he was handling it better than last time. Somehow. It might be that he felt a little more comfortable in the Hall of Glory than he had. Getting to know people were helping, at least he could suspect less people of having only ill intentions. But paranoia was not something easy to get rid of.
To get as much sun as possible though, he spent a lot of time at both the rooftop and the courtyard, together with his bird carrier.
He tried to put his mid off of things by reading but it didn't go so well. Instead he just distractedly kept petting Bibyana, and staring into the distance, not really seeing the people passing by in front of him.
He kept thinking about Tudor, and what happened, and what he and the other Seven Wing Knights had been planning. Chloe didn't really want to go home, but he did want revenge, even if that particular King was already long dead. There were still ways to exact revenge on a country, though.
Once he tires of just staring with an empty gaze and failing at reading, he goes to visit the mounts. He doesn't have one of his own, but greeting the ones that live in the Hall of Glory's stables were enough for now. Maybe he should get one though, eventually. He only has experience with horses though, beyond chatting amiably with the other various mounts in this place.
