[Open] Wings of Tiredness
Who: Shinn Asuka and You!

[1; Dead of exhaustion ] - Early September (01-04), Cassia
[ Having exhausted himself from the war effort, Shinn felt that he's not exactly feeling like moving about, and would rather laze around compared to doing anything. Unfortunately, whether it's due to something or not, here he is, outside. He was supposed to have just gone on a simple errand for Caren (showsnopiety), but instead, he's just either lazing around or outright sleeping on a bench / park somewhere. After all, the weather's quite nice. Waking him up would earn a tired glare, or just a vague dismissal. He needs his sleep, and he sure as hell isn't getting it when Caren's around. ]
[2; When Tired, Eat.] - Early September(05-07), Gammon
[ Having rested himself and probably being scolded by Caren, Shinn's reaction is to just fuck off and wander around Caissa properly, this time. Figuring that he needed to replenish his energy, he decided to go on a special kind of tour. While Shinn's not exactly a gourmet eater, he's definitely one that prefers eating when he absolutely has nothing to do to entertain himself. Thus, his reasoning to go out and find even more exotic food that exists in Caissa.
Thus, you can find him hanging around café, food stalls and any other place you can get food at. Sometimes, he might even notice other Heroes around and wave them down to eat with him. ]
Don't worry about the price, I'm paying.
[ Course, what he's eating might be as simple as a charcuterie board with smelly cheese and funky smelling cured meat, or maybe something even more involved like stew made from beef offals. Eat with him at your own risk. ]

In that case....! Sion nods his head, the soft sound of a hum upon his lips as he curls his fingers, squeezing Shinn's hand. He had been shaken, after waking from the balm of slumber imposed upon him, this he'll not deny, but he is satisfied with Shinn's answer, and there is precious little reason, isn't there, to continue talking about such dreadful, such dreary things (that vision, that glimpse of what could only be true events, for in his heart he knows that is the path he would have walked, were he not bound as a Hero of Blanc) if his friend hadn't shared a similar experience.
Instead: he happily tugs Shinn forward, a murmur of minor magic upon his lips (to re-freeze the remnants of his solar flower ice cream!) before— ]
Taken? [ Here is a playful loft a slender silver brow! ] Could she be prettier than I am, I wonder?
[ He is teasing, of course, joyful to receive word that Shinn is taken and too-eager to know more. Why would he not wish to know the details, after all? Sion Astal is the Hero King who moves to save his own world by spreading love to everyone!
And then they are ascending the first of many flights of stairs, joining the climb alongside many tourists, gawkers who part way while whispering, gasping—those are our Heroes, I'm sure of it!. ]
The view from above is breathtaking, Shinn. The horizon is endless, and precisely at that line of coast and Caissa's sea is where my cottage lies. [ A beat, another flight of stairs conquered! And look here, Sion isn't even out of breath...! ] Should you ever wish to visit, please do not hesitate to make your way there.
My home is your own, and there is an extra bedroom which is yours, if you should want for it to be.

[ There's a wry chuckle. On one hand, he can't exactly say that she's prettier than Sion, considering her charm was from a completely different thing. And Sion tends to look... elegant, despite his quirks, most of the time anyways. Either ways, it does gets him thinking about his own home that he's not at right now.
His promise to save this world, alongside protecting his own world. Those are really hard words to live up to. But that's why he's here, with some like-minded people. So that he can see this war to the end.
But well, while Sion's attractive and slender, Luna's fiery and headstrong, never afraid of reeling him back whenever he's about to do something stupid. She's also... his pillar. Someone he could lean on when he had nothing, when he felt the world had completely betrayed him and only Durandal's words existed as an empty comfort.
So it's a different kind of attraction, but... ]
But she's strong, and well, she's not afraid to speak her mind whenever I'm being a dumbass. I ain't that kind of guy who would gush about her appearance, though, so you'd have to try harder than that.
[ Ah. They got recognized, well, that's kind of annoying, but still. This kind of reception, he's not surprised at all. After all, they did won the battle. But still... ]

[ Man, this sucks. Since when did he grow to be so sappy, a person? To think that he would let someone in besides her, yeah, he sure did end up in a weird place, hasn't he? ]

Shinn, he would never change, would he? Even if the world betrayed him, Shinn would always barrel forward and blitzkrieg through, and it is refreshing (a relief) to know that, in this way, they are two of a kind.
And precisely because they are the same--...
Mm, Sion cannot help it: it sucks, it is sappy, and it is weird territory and foreign ground for a King who so rarely allows for others to glimpse the truest facets of himself, but he wants to let Shinn in; he wants for the younger man to know the peace for which they fight, even if it should start with something so small as making dango with a friend in a place which could never be infringed upon—home. ]
Only once in a while? [ He grins, chancing a glance back, toward Shinn, with a rather expectant look. Are you not more fond of me than that? ] Then...
[ Perhaps it is some small blessing that they were recognized as Heroes, for those lingering upon the many stairwells of the iconic climb part way for the two who are seemingly keen upon swiftly reaching the ivory tower's height! ]
Expect me to call upon you often. [ Woah. That was unabashed??? ] The rooftop, I've found, is perfect for gazing upon the stars at night, and I should hate to be without your stories.
I want to hear more about her, the one who has captured your heart. And in turn— [ Could they be nearing their destination? It seems so, as the crowds thin, the clamor of many voices dissolving away into just their own. ] —I would like for you to meet my own radiant Lady.
[ Ah yes, the dramatic reveal, coming on the heels of Sion finishing his ice cream cone...! ]
She lives with me, as a matter of fact, likely to ensure that, much akin to yourself, that I not be a 'dumbass'.

Heh, yeah, there's something that makes a story more interesting when you tell it under a starry sky.
[ And he trusts Sion that the view from his new home is grand enough for the kinds of story he intends to tell Sion, of his own exploits, and perhaps, his own failures. When he's ready for it. ]
Though, wow, Sion, she must be a pretty tough girl that she can keep you in line like this.
[ THIS, though, was definitely the jest he can come up with at the fact that Sion has his own lady. And that he probably needs to dial down his cussing lest Caren or the lady he just mentioned smacks him for imprinting bad modern social practices on the prince. ]
