Build a Snowman: anyday!

[ Having grown up in the land of eternal snow, Eirlys was more than confident of her snowmen making skills. With so many other heroes coming to play with the children, she's prepared a special kit to make the snowmen extra, extra special: a basket of food colouring in little bottles and some winter wild flowers she found.

She smiles as she offers the basket out to whoever's helping out with her. ]

We'll be making rainbow snowmen today! Pick your favourites!

[ Alternatively: during the colder days of the 15th and 16th Viola, Eirlys can be found not looking the slightest bit cold as she helps usher the children back in for the night and bids them goodbye. "Come back tomorrow again, okay?" ]

Mm, I will, I promise! [ Curiously, she turns to you. ] What about you?

Tree-watching: anyday!

[ She had been to a part of Yggdrasil, found and gathered interesting herbs and plants there she used for weeks afterwards. Wondering if Oubliette was similar, wondering if there were herbs and plants and flowers not yet discovered in the few books she read, Eirlys tries to find a way to get closer. From talking to the guards at the temple shrine, to scholars and researchers who would listen, to standing close to the edge of the clock tower, shielding her eyes from suns but also finding it difficult to peer through the mana streams...

Someone should probably stop her from leaning too far though! ]

Trees again: 02/11 and after

Um, excuse me...!

[ If you glance up, you might see Eirlys sitting in a tree, some pieces of clothing in her hand with others still stuck amongst the branches. One of it might even be the lost item you were looking for. ]

[ Something is screaming in the infirmary. Whether you're here to investigate the noise or here for an injury, the first sight as you step inside is probably the slime slumped over by the entrance, looking...slime-ish.

Eirlys, standing further inside, looks up anxiously. ]

O-Oh, I'm sorry, the doctor just stepped out for a break... [ That doesn't explain why she or the slime is here though. ] ...Can I help you?

Rainbow ... snowmen?

[ He accepts the basket graciously, head tilting slightly to a bow. And here Mikazuki thought he had enough experience building them after being forced the build a giant snowcat sometime ago. ]

[ She nods, beaming. ]

We can colour the snow using these... We did a lot back home, and it'll look very pretty when we're done!

How very curious.

[ brb studying the different colored bottles in the basket, testing out the blue one onto the snow. Almost immediately, the white snow turns blue as a drop of food coloring hits it and spreads in a small circle. ]

Ohhh, this is most delightful indeed! [ The other children start pawing at the basket too to get their hands on a bottle. Yep, Mikazuki is in fact a child. ] What shall we build first for these little ones?

[ Can you catch these please? echoes a fair maiden's voice from on high, and who is Sion Astal not to graciously acquiescence, to comply? Without any measure of hesitance, he lifts his hands, palms barefaced and open, ready to see the garments within his newly-met companion's grasp to safety. And while his eyes are upon her most of all (how she keeps her balance within the boughs of the tree, its branches icy with frost and snow), the locket which hangs from the topmost brach does not escape his eye, for it is something he'd been commissioned to find. ]

That you would entrust me with this task is an honor, my Lady. [ —though overly formal, his voice is somehow playful when he speaks: ] Though I would urge you to take caution so that you do not end up in my arms, as well.

[ Unless she should so wish for it, of course. ]

May I ask you for a favor, in turn? Just overhead is a locket which I've been searching for. Are you able to safely reach it?

[ His white hair is like the snow around them; it's strangely ethereal and beautiful that Eirlys stares for a few seconds before realizing he's opened his arms, ready to catch the scarf. ...Oops. The fluster shows up in her face, a light red in her cheeks as she tilts her head up to spot the glittering gold. It's not impossibly high, and a downward sweep of her gaze lands on thick branches...

It's smiling she looks back at Sion, nodding. ]

I believe I can. Um... Please catch this!

[ She has to free her hands first! Eirlys lets the scarf go, watching it flutter downwards. But she doesn't move from her spot, only lifts her fingers to her lips and whistles; a round bluebird darts forward from its location, circles Sion once and then flies up towards Eirlys. ]

[things Kaito expected to see in the infirmary: not. . . that]

Uh.

[he stands at the doorway, gaze wide and flickering between this blue-haired girl and the slime. it takes him a few moments to process Erilys's question, and when he does, he gives his head a small shake]

No, no. 'M fine. I'm just, uh. Looking around.

[a beat]

Sooo, who's your slimy friend?

[ She was ready to say she doesn't have any experience as a doctor but she can try to heal his ailment, whatever it is-- but pauses when he denies having any. Eirlys watches and waits, nodding as if to say, yes, she likes to look around too (that's how she ended up here, really)... ]

I haven't given him a name yet. ...Oh! [ For a moment, she looks embarrassed. ] Did you hear him scream?

That screaming was him?

[for a moment, he looks a little dubious, kind of like. . . "how the heck can a blob of slime do something like scream??" but this world was already strange enough. he knew he couldn't just write it off simply because it seemed impossible]

I could hear it from down the hall, actually. Is everything okay?

[ Nico arrives to the infirmary to request a few things, just for potential emergencies. The biggest emergency in her request would a demand for cute band-aids.

It has to be cute. With bears or kittens on them, preferably. ]

Eek! [ Slime, on the other hand, is far from cute and Nico reflexively takes ten steps back when she sees Eirlys. ]

W-What is that?

[ Cute band-aids are probably in stock, maybe! The staff has been accommodating so far and a cute request like that from a cute girl probably carries weight...

The slimes of this world resemble the poring species she knows back home and they've always been a passive race; she'd even tamed one and kept it as a pet herself. Nico's reaction to the slime is surprising. ]

Don't worry! He won't hurt you, I promise!

That's hardly the problem!

[ sure upon a closer inspection it might be a little cute, but it's looks hardly out weights what it is. ]

It's not going to create a mess, right? Also wasn't there screaming just now?! [ she's not entirely skeptical, because the slime really doesn't look harmful but an explanation is needed. ]

[Lapis is one of the Heroes out doing the item hunting quest, though it's not as easy as she thought. Especially since Caissa was bigger than she thought, and it's getting way too cold. She's used to warmer weather, she can't handle all this cold!

But a familiar voice overhead catches her attention, and she peeks up, blinking up at the other girl before silently holding out her hands.]

... Sure, go ahead. And could you pass down that pink shawl too, just on your right?

I'll come too! [says a hamster in a tiny scarf. he might also be rainbow from snowman dye?]

Making snowmen is really fun, I could do this anytime!
