[OPEN] The exact moment things went off the rails
Who: Ed, Susan, YOU??
When: During TSI: Train Scene Investigation
Where: Somewhere along the tracks of the VIP train
What: Train Investigations
Rating: PG-13 at worst
[The job had seemed simple enough, 'just head out and look for some of the missing rail cars.' However, the battle had lasted for a while and the train was quite long--in the chaos several cars could have gone all over the place. With the wilderness around the area, it made finding everything a bit difficult.]
[After something like a whole lot of searching, though, there's a crater on the ground next to the tracks.]
[Ed's hand goes to his chin as he looks at it, then over towards the wilderness.]
Okay. I think maybe we should look around here this time.

[THEY DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE... as Ed winds up pulling up a big piece of rubble, only to find a frightened-looking man underneath it with a nasty gash on his leg that he's hastily bandaged up with some cloth.]

Let me help with that. Please stay calm, sir. It's alright.
[She says a few more words to calm them a bit, and goes about cleaning the injury, using disinfectant, and then bandaging it tightly.]
We'll need to escort them back, Ed.

Have you heard any other voices or anything, sir? [The still somewhat delirious man shakes his head.]
N-no one else around here, then. At least, probably not. Let's finish looking just to be sure and then we'll all head back together.

I'm not equipped to check for internal bleeding or fractures or anything, and neither of our magic is good enough to heal that kind of stuff...so we'd best get back.
[She's going to help Ed carry them.]

[One quick check to make sure nobody else is injured later... and he's grabbed hold of the person to help Susan carry them.]
