showsnopiety: (And it feels)

[Open] It's getting hot in here

Who: Caren and anyone visiting the hot springs!
When: Post dungeon, could be right after fail/success, could be days after
Where: Hot Springs of course
What: There's a hot springs, so now there's a hot springs episode.
Rating: Could be a p-13 and beyond because some people are only wearing towels in this place.

[Win or fail, everyone needed a reason and a way to relax. With the fall of the towers, there was all sorts of good things to come from it. Some would say it was the birds; and others would say it was the hot springs.

The large, large pools of heated water. Sure, they could be used as a way to get all steamed up (or even steam punk) but after all that hard work, everyone deserves a break!

Bring your swimsuits, your towels, your drinks and snacks-who knows, you should be able to find them in the bazaars, or even on Airy. It's time to soak in the heat!]

[She blinks, seeming intently curious.] What happens if you eat too much? Minato-san is always eating far more than I believe he needs to...

For some people it's not too bad. I can eat a lot before anything happens, Minato-san might be the same. But if you eat too much you can get a stomach ache, which doesn't feel nice at all. Like moving and everything is an effort, and if you do too much you feel like you're going to pass out.

[There's other parts to it too, but he's making an effort to put it in a way he thinks Aigis will understand. He doesn't want to confuse her after all]

Hm... so overfilling your stomach's capacity results in great discomfort? Is it purely because it is overly full, or are there other questions?

Most of the time it's because it's too full. It's kind of like... [He thinks for a moment for a comparison before hitting on one] It's kind of like a balloon in a way. You put air into it and it stretches, right? Stomach is kind of the same with food, but because there's only so much space it can fit in, it's uncomfortable because it's not supposed to do that.

I see! [She nods sharply.] That analogy makes complete sense! It would be very uncomfortable for the balloon as well.

[Beat.] Assuming, of course, that the balloon were capable of feeling sensations.

[Awesome, analogy success! He's rather proud of himself]

There probably would be somewhere in this world. I've seen some unusual carriers since we got here.
