What: There's a hot springs, so now there's a hot springs episode.
Rating: Could be a p-13 and beyond because some people are only wearing towels in this place.





[Win or fail, everyone needed a reason and a way to relax. With the fall of the towers, there was all sorts of good things to come from it. Some would say it was the birds; and others would say it was the hot springs.

The large, large pools of heated water. Sure, they could be used as a way to get all steamed up (or even steam punk) but after all that hard work, everyone deserves a break!

Bring your swimsuits, your towels, your drinks and snacks-who knows, you should be able to find them in the bazaars, or even on Airy. It's time to soak in the heat!]

[Just as expected, so she doesn't really react at all at his recoil. Sorry Hinata, this is just how she says hi.

And she doesn't even look remotely apologetic for surprising him either, instead tilting her head slightly with a shrug.]

... I tend to do that. [But now that there's no worry of the tray getting flipped or splashed, she lets go so it can float next to him, shifting to sit by the edge of the spring.]

I did, it helps me relax after fights. [Such as when she made a huge pile of pancakes after the first big fight with Noir. She's very certain she had a pancake overload, but it was worth it.]

And I meant what I said before, so you can help yourself.

[Hinata grips the floating tray with one hand so that it doesn't drift off, using his free hand to pick up one of the sweets and takes a bite out of it. It doesn't take long for his eyes to light up with renewed energy at the sugary goodness.]

Wow, these are amazing! Seriously, thanks; not just for this, but for all of your help in the dungeon too. I'm glad that I had you and Slaine as my first party members. [They had some rough spots, but they all contributed to the group in their own way and cleared the dungeon in the end, so that's all that matters.]

[His approval of the sweet gets a brief, faint smile, looking rather proud of herself for a moment. Only to then tilt her head slightly, giving a nod as her eyes focus on the water.]

... I'm glad you like them, and that we didn't disappoint. But you're welcome, you were a big help too. I doubt we would've been able to clear it if you weren't there.

[It wasn't the most... organized dungeon crawl ever, but they still did it. And it's something she's proud of, especially after having let herself be just a support role before.]

[Hinata is also proud of their victory, especially considering it was his first ever task as a warrior and despite his inexperience, he was able to perform well enough that even Lapis is telling him that they wouldn't have cleared the dungeon without him. It makes him feel like he really can get through this war, after all.]

Thanks, that really means a lot to me. I could say the same for you guys, though; your quick thinking and Slaine's magic were especially helpful during that fight with the three-headed dragon. If either one of you were missing, we would've been screwed.

[That's the sign of a really great team, right? Hinata helps himself to a few more pastries; they're just too good...]
