Oh but don't bowl me over [open to all!]
Who: Caren and everyone taking this job!
When: 05/05 - 05/31
Where: Halls of Glory
What: Small description or summary
Rating: Ranging from G, to PG-13, to R. After all, we're not safe for work.
A: General cleaning
To those who knew Caren...it might have been a bit of a surprise. That she was so good at this. Most of the time, she seemed to laze about, not asking for much, reading and seeing about her needs, and not anyone elses.
But here, she was very earnest. Almost too much so. She had scrubbed the courtyard until her hands were raw, and now...was bare foot, and stringing up the clotheslines. Anyone coming up while she's in the midst of this gets a warning.
"I hope your shoes are clean, or you're bare foot. Otherwise, I'll have to punish you for marring up this part of the courtyard." She didn't even look at the person as she said it. She was standing on a stool, barefoot, as she put up the linens. How did she see that person? Magic?
Maybe.
B: Bulletin Board
This part of the job was almost impossible. Really. The notes were tawdry, perhaps more so due to Heaven's feel, and the fact of the matter was, it was...rather something. She kept pausing in the midst of her tearing things down, and staring at some of them.
And sometimes, she even commented.
"No woman would want such a thing. It'd hurt her back." "If it's so big, how could he even fight?" "...ah, I wasn't aware of this pairing."
And so on.
C: Armory
Some of these things made no sense for uniforms. Some of it was all sorts of sizes, for one, but she could understand...at least some of them. After all, her room mates were a great example of various diverse sizes. It was all about getting everything in the right order though. She ended up having to play the game of match the sizes, and making it into a fairly neat pile. Although...some of them, she wasn't quite so certain as to what to do with them.
With a frown, she ended up holding a uniform top. Or, in this case, not much of a top; it looked as if it was designed to show the underboob of a woman. Was there...oh. She plucked it out, and frowned, finding a man's shirt, designed the same way.
...who in the world would or could wear a shirt like that.
D: Roof
"....heh."
Caren stood on the roof, seeing all too many crows. Instead of dressed to clean, however, she was wearing what could only be refeered to as her battle attire. And there was already some monday leftovers on her leg, and some on her back. She tried to be nice about it. This was a job better someone with charm, maybe even natural charm. Instead, things were about to come to a head.
She unfurled her shawl around her.
"It seems you're ready to become target practice." If she wasn't stopped, she would start using her weapon to whack crows too and fro off the roof. Or you can help her, or watch or...even get hit by cloth or a crow. Doesn't matter to her, really.
E: Where the Glory is
She wasn't sure how there was so much art. Really, she didn't think it did anyone any good. Just a lot of gaudy pieces, some of them that were quite untrue. She had been set to taste at polishing some of the pieces. But some of them...
She took a moment to look under a leaf or two, and made a noise.
"You wish." She muttered, before going back to work.
F: Shopping list
This was not how she wanted to spend her afternoon. She had things that she wanted to do, mostly in the way of sparring. And now...there was this.
With a glower, she came up to the next person who she came across, and shoved the list their way.
"Take this. I've no idea what half of these things are, and I do not wish to go shopping. It's easy colle. Enjoy."
G: Wild card!
If you don't see anything here that works for you, feel free to come up with something else!

"You'd be surprised what I have handled." Her voice was cool, and she flashed him a smile. "And how well I've used it."
no subject
Jirou gave the cutest little tilt of his head like this was just no big deal! And why should it be? It was just sex. Humans were silly if they were flustered by that of all things.
Then again, Kasen was flustered by it too...
no subject
But hey, she was trying to learn! Even if Assassin basically beat her up during their sparring session, she kind of asked for it. Sort of.
"But I am still willing to learn and wield a sword as I may. A penis is not so difficult, with ample information and practice."
no subject
He put a finger to his chin and looked up to ponder things carefully. Or at least look like he was doing that.
"Nope. You couldn't wield me. You're too little. Besides, someone else is ahead of you for that anyway."
no subject
That was irksome. Really irksome. He didn't know what swords she'd wielded before!
"I wasn't even aware that there was some sort of competition going on for your....sword."
no subject
He'd already figured out she didn't realize he was talking about himself and not just the thing between his legs but he didn't bother to correct that. Why do that when the misunderstanding was fun?
no subject
"Why are you a desirable sword? You don't look very special to me." Biiiit of a poke there to see what he'd do. Just a tiny one.
no subject
"Besides, not everything that is special looks that way. You will miss out on many things if you assume things have to look a certain way to be special, you know."
no subject
"If that were the case, I would miss most things in this world, would I not? Even the weapons we are offered can be seen by others like junk."
She tilted her head. "Though this is the first time I've met a divine sword."
He might be pulling her chain, but it wouldn't be the first time.
no subject
"I don't see my sword as junk. It's a lot of fun! It gets people as drunk as I am!"
A pause and then he looked around.
"Now where did I put that bottle?"
no subject
"And I didn't see the bottle."
Who knew if he came with it. She realm didn't care, from the way she stepped away to continue hero buffing.
no subject
"This is delicious!"
no subject
With a scowl, she turned her fact up at him. "Did you just...guzzle wine?"
She sounded offended by the very idea. The good stuff was not meant to be swallowed like it was mere water no, but here he was, swinging it away. What awful taste.
no subject
"It's deliiiicious!" Another giggle and he kissed her cheek.
no subject
"What are you doing?" She batted at him with her hand, the other one trying to keep her upright. "And you don't know how to drink wine! You drunk!"
no subject
He laughed and gave her another nuzzle before leaning the rest of his weight on her. Which probably would drop her down to the floor at this point honestly. "You should have some!"
no subject
She ended up falling with a soft 'oof'. Knees? Under her. Grasp on statue? Gone. Which made...one cheerful sword and one grumpy priestess. "I'm supposed to be working, and I'm not thirsty."
Maybe if she was cold enough he'd stop nuzzling her at least. Maybe. No, it might not happen.
Ugh.
no subject
Well until someone really didn't seem to care at all about his antics really. Quite the difference. He laughed a bit as he actually leaned further down and...
...kissed the corner of her mouth! Mwah!
no subject
But no. Caren's eyes widened, and her head jerked back. No! No Mwahs!
"What do you think you're doing?! Stop that!"
no subject
And he gave her another little peck!
Mwah!
no subject
"Ugh! It's sloppy!"
Cue the flailing. And the wish that she could give him a good smack. Maybe with her weapon. While it was active.
no subject
He laughed then gave her another one. And one more.
Just for fun of course.
no subject
"You could try to do it properly, liar!"
She could at least accept a proper mouth kiss. This sword was savage.
no subject
He flopped more on top of her and let out a sigh.
"You're so comfy!"
no subject
Oof. Heavy.
"I don't see how." Grumble grumble grumble. "Is it the hair?"
