Who: Bolin and Jae-ha
When: April 12
Where: Capablanca/Nature
What: This is a tale of brotherhood.
Rating: Safe!
[ Having spent a good amount of time napping for the past month, Bolin missed out on the opportunity to tackle the dungeon alongside his fellow Heroes. He also, rather unfortunately, missed out on the gold and goods that came with conquering a dungeon. Which means that now that he's awake once more, it's time to earn some cold hard colle!!
And that's why he's trapped.
There's a lot that could be used to explain why he's currently hanging from a tree, but in reality it's a series of events that mystifies Bolin himself. He'd just been casually picking what he assumes are peaches(?) from a tree when he felt something strange and unusual plop against his back. It hadn't felt like a concrete weight, and it had tickled somewhat, so he'd leaned back from where he was perched on a branch (the jucier looking fruit were higher up than what he could reach from the ground), to scratch his back along the trunk. He hadn't realized that it would be the last free move he would make, left to eternally remain in the position of scratching an itch against a tree trunk.
He's really, really trapped. ]
Is anyone out there?
[ Whatever it was that had globbed down his shirt, it was incredibly persistent. ]

[ Bolin starts when Jae-ha suddenly disappears. That jump of his really is incredible, and he has to wonder what that must be like, to almost be able to fly. He might be an earthbender, but that doesn't mean he can't appreciate something even if it means leaving the safety of the ground!
Once the admiration fades however, Bolin is reminded of his predicament, and the fact that Jae-ha hadn't said anything about where he was going, or what he was going to do. At least he'd mentioned how long it would take...
... Unless he doesn't actually intend on coming back. ]
This would be a really crappy way to go.

You didn't start to miss me, did you?
[ Without another moment wasted, he reaches into his pocket to retrieve one of his throwing blades, and cuts the first orange into two halves. He then begins to... squeeze the juice right on top of the sap. It's not as good as oil, but this should at least help soften it up enough that Bolin might be able to pull away with sheer strength.
Also, he'll smell really fresh and citrus-y. ] Start trying to pull away again, I think this might make it easier.

Oranges?
[ He peers curiously at the colourful fruit, not saying anything as Jae-ha squeezes the juice down his back where the sap is keeping him trapped against the tree trunk. His shirt is probably going to need a good wash, if he'll even be able to wear it after this, and when Jae-ha tells him to pull, he nods and complies.
But he doesn't come free. It's enough to earn a furrow of his brow, and small, displeased noise before he tries again, muscles tensing and straining against the fabric. His feet brace against the tree trunk to give him some extra strength until finally he can feel the sap start to give—
Until it gives entirely, all at once, and sends him rocketing forward from the effort of it right into his saviour. ]
Whoa!

Right now, however, he's not thinking much of anything other than how to prevent both him and his new friend from pummeling to the ground. ]
Oof--! Watch o--! [ Yep, that's his balance on the branch that he's just lost, and they go tumbling down to the ground.
At the last minute, Jae-ha wraps his arms around Bolin (Any part of him, really), holds on as tight as he can, and jumps, sending them back into the air.
He's... he's... ]
Really heavy! [ This guy is seriously nothing but muscle mass, holy shit?! ]

Until Jae-ha ruins the moment.
Bolin frowns at the comment, gaze shifting sulkily downward as he protests, ]
I'm still growing!
[ Inaccurate, but whatever. ]

[ He shifts in mid-air, shifting both of them, actually, such that he can more easily support Bolin's weight in his arms. That means, unfortunately for Bolin, a princess carry. Fortunately, keeping a hold of him like this isn't so hard once they're actually up in the air, and once Jae-ha isn't reacting on reflex. ]
... More warning.
[ Slowly, he starts to descend. Now he's also covered in tree sap and orange juice, but whatev. ]

[ This is weird. Bolin could accept the bear hug hold—he's not someone that's particularly skittish about personal space, even with a stranger—but he doesn't think anyone's every gotten him in a princess carry.
For some reason, he's starting to feel embarrassed. ]
Uh, thanks. [ He says as they break the tree tops again, pulling in closer to avoid stray branches. ] For getting me out, and for keeping us from breaking our necks.
