[A small arm-mounted one like the Yew Bow would be perfect, and as long as he could rotate his wrist, he could theoretically still use his magic weapon too. However, as the word "settle" implies, he's not going to replace the bow he held to his last breath with just anything.]
It's better than nothing, so I guess we can do that in a pinch. It's not very warm, though.

Theoretically, as long as they don't get wet again, it should be fine - neither of them were stupid enough to come into this dungeon wearing clothes that didn't protect them from the elements at least a little.
