Who:Potemkin and YOU!
When: November 24 - December 5
Where: Assorted places in Caissa (Plaza, Market, etc.)
What: Potemkin thinks about a year spent in Blanc; All the major points of The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Rating: None
A White Christmaaaaaas
It started off as only a faint feeling in the back of his subconscious. It was like the edges of beginning to remember or forget. So Potemkin was able to brush the feeling off; he didn't bother putting any active effort behind figuring its source, because at such an early point it is impossible to tell if it was something severe or an item off the grocery list.
It's when Potemkin takes a step outside that he has to stare. Falling snow, a white landscape, heavy jackets and fluffy hats on whoever decided to leave their mantles and heaters to brave the outside today, the people who were once total outsiders but had grown to fall under his protection, which had repeatedly costed his flesh (he had no regrets). Yes, this was the feeling of nostalgia. It really has been almost exactly one year since he left Earth. A surge of memories hits him, and it's as if he's been brought back to that first winter.
What was your very first thought that day - that someone was foolish enough to detain a Zeppian First Class Soldier?
Where has your anger gone since?
Potemkin realizes he cannot stay a living roadblock forever, and starts to move one foot in front of the other. He tries to return to doing his business around Blanc as intended, looking straight, yet it's hard to see anything when his mind is entirely somewhere else.
Darn Mistletoe
Normally when Potemkin misses something, he fears looking down to his shoes. But he walks so absentminded and distracted, he hits something that was never meant to actually be reached.
The mistletoe decoration was meant to hang overhead, but with Potemkin's height it is held just enough to slap him directly in the face.
Potemkin counts the details of what just hit him, the brilliant green leaves, white berries...
Potemkin hastily looks side to side, furious to check if anyone is around to see this.
Krampusnacht
The courtyard is packed with people, especially the closer you get to its heart, where the line up of festive attractions stands in a circle toward the center. But Potemkin has not-his-first cup of hot chocolate in hand, watching the bonfire from enough distance so he doesn't risk burning the tails of his (enormous) scarf.
He's in the perfect position to see he is not the only one by the shadows. Out of the corner of his vision, a figure moves in and out. It takes a moment for Potemkin to realize that it's the same figure, its outline fuzzy and bizarre, but just like that it again moves out of sight.
Potemkin starts to make his way closer to the throng, without tipping off his snooping too hard.
[OOC: I'm happy to retool a prompt for a more specific idea you have (especially more specific locations or to include whatever is more likely for your character to be doing), or just wildcard it!]
