"You are not at all well. You're barely keeping your feet, and you and I both know it will take several days for you to be at full strength. I highly doubt that the Lady Alice would enjoy seeing you fall, and I'm afraid I cannot abandon her to your care before you're well enough that you can move about freely without risking an even worse attack."

He stopped, then, smiling at Alice.

"I must insist you keep to your bed, at the very least for the rest of today and tomorrow. It is either this or I call for healers. The choice is yours."
