Who: Kain, Apollo, various other people who're like fuck yes trivia night
When: ...let's not think too hard about when.
Where: A pub called the Three-Legged Duck (locally known as the Dicky Ducky)
What: Egregriously erroneous trivia questions with bad answers.
Rating: I'll probably go somewhere dirty with this.
[Given that Kain and Apollo's relationship thus far could be summed up as 'that one dude on that battlefield that one time' this drinking night probably has some awkwardness associated with it.
But, you know what?
Nothing breaks the ice like something shooting at you and they're both used to having random people join up if but briefly, so it's not like neither of them had to deal with this before. They got this.
Anyway. So they're in a bar, in a corner, dressed in civilian clothes as they drained a pitcher of something or another quietly, perhaps grumbling about work or jobs or what have you. All of this changed when the Hero cosplayer in the middle of the bar (dressed like that Jae-ha guy Kain had seen around a few times but never really talked to...?) responded to the bar's trivia night question by proudly announcing that, why, yes.
Yes.
The brave Hero Takumi (who?) had actually suplexed three guys in the last war. And this was considered to be a correct answer by the person running the bar's trivia night, which caused Kain to sort of choke on his drink a little.]
