"I thought you may say that," Gilbert sighed softly and resumed eating his ice cream. From time to time, he looked up at Jirou and whenever their eyes met, he turned his gaze away immediately.

He couldn't believe how different their conversations were compared to their first ones. Jirou really was serious about all this, and he was sitting there and couldn't figure out his own feelings. This shouldn't have been so hard, and yet...
