Carrying her on his back is probably - no, definitely the correct thing to do here. Humans can carry heavier things if they put their backs into it, and Robin isn't exactly the picture of physical strength. So there's the rational part of his brain telling him he's an idiot for even considering any other method, even as he shoulders his own bow.
But when he kneels down, instead of waiting for her to climb onto him, he lifts her up, one arm around her shoulders and the other right underneath her knees. It's a little awkward with Hakuno's bow, but it's doable. This is definitely going to slow him down, though...
But it's worth it. As long as he can be this close to her, it's worth all of it.]
There we go. Hold on tight, okay? I don't want to drop you.
[The smile he gives her as he speaks is the easiest and brightest he's managed since his arrival.
He waits for Hakuno to find a comfortable position, and with just a little (read: a lot) of help from Vietnam's gravity magic, they're ready to go.
The less rational part of his brain, which he's usually perfectly capable of ignoring, is vindicated as fuck. He might not ever get a chance to do this again - he'll have to get Vietnam something really nice, or murder someone she doesn't like, to thank her.
