[This here is actually a good question. One she probably didn't get to talk at length about recently, now that others such as General Hux have gone home. Not so much about Noir, but Blanc's not very good at what they're trying to achieve.

Now about Noir.]

At least two instances. When I first arrived, there was this expo. Ah, an international affair, delegates from other places came by, and it was very exciting for the people here, people who traveled far. Somehow, Noir chose that very moment to attack. It was tragic. [Who knows what could've happened if they didn't help, since they barely got out of that with their necks.]

The second time, it was recently. [She gestures towards the crowds, dancers around them.] You see them, they celebrate a victory. But while they were saved, another incident involved a train that took away the lives many innocent, poor civilians and refugees, and the military themselves. Many things are said about them. But whatever is the truth, Noir still attacked to make this all happen.

[She sighs quietly.] But that is the nature of war as well. Perhaps what they are doing, they believe it to be right. But it doesn't mean I have to like it.
