[Naruto isn't actually complaining, he's just- vocal. Vocal is a word. He passes the sword back as soon as they're in reach of one another. It was certainly helpful in the fight, but Naruto has always had a preference for close range- hand to hand and a kunai if need be. A sword has always been Sasuke's or Sai's thing.
He's quick on Shinn's heels as they put as much distance between themselves and the corpse as possible, and Naruto looks back over his shoulder as they go. Maybe they'll be lucky and there'll be too much going on on the ground for the other dragons to notice right away? They need some kind of cover either way, and that means they need to look for other people.]
