Nobody would ever expect Potemkin to be interested in a dating service. But here he is attending, for reasons that ultimately boil down to politeness, curiosity, and obligation. This is the first business to be operated by a Hero, and Potemkin wishes it success.

Potemkin can be seen, conspicuously overdressed (apparently "friendly ceremony" to him means a full suit affair), pinching a wineglass between his thumb and index finger. It'll probably take a hundred of those to get him tipsy. His intimidating looks automatically do a job of deterring invites from the crowd, except for a few daredevils (who are almost disappointed to receive merely polite conversation).
