[closed] we're building it up.

Who: Gilgamesh and Potemkin
When: Following the battle of Graupera.
Where: Palamede
What: Two grown men rebuild the only way they know how: by blowing @#$% up.
Rating: I don't anticipate anything too out of the ordinary, but I'll update this as needed.

[This was something of a mess.

Fresh off the heels of victory, the reality of Palamede's situation hit Gilgamesh stark in the face once he returned to fulfill a certain request. Much of the exhibition area still laid in ruin, and many still lingered on the streets, their families destroyed, their livelihoods forever changed. Uruk was not without its poor, of course, so Gilgamesh has seen this all before, but it does tug at even a tyrant's heartstrings to watch children run past, without mothers, without fathers. Out of pity, he hands out a bit of colle to those looking particularly unfortunate. It's the least he can do to raise spirits, until he can come up with a better idea to increase morale at large.

A great deal of noise draws his attention in the middle of a conversation. Excusing himself, he heads for the source of it, only to find... well, he's not sure what he's found. There appears to be a large individual, poised in front of a crumbling building, punching it into oblivion with fist-based ammunition.

Fist-based ammunition.

Fist guns.

He was destroying everything with fist guns.

That definitely merited closer inspection. Gilgamesh, fearing no one no matter how large, burly, and intimidating, leans on the tips of his feet to tap Mr. Guns Blazing on the shoulder. He cups his hand and pretends to whisper in his ear:]

Did you have a permit for that, by chance?

[He's joking. Gilgamesh tended to introduce himself in unconventional ways, and this seemed like an unconventional person, so why not?]
