What are the effects of the venom of Alfersan snakes should you be bitten by one?

Also, it's mentioned that it's possible for the Heroes to stock up on antidotes against Moura in her infoblurb- does this mean antidotes effective against Alfersan snakes exist? How easy is it for a Hero to obtain such things before the dungeon?
